Our History:

In 1976, a warehouse shopping club called Price Club opened in San Diego, California offering a no-frills warehouse purchasing experience. To meet the needs members who were looking for a hassle-free free way to buy a car, Price Club launched its auto buying program as part of its services division, in 1989. In 1993, Price Club merged with Costco, and corporate operations were moved to Seattle. During the merge, Affinity Development Group (ADG) acquired the auto program component of Costco’s services division. By 2000, ADG had built the Costco Auto Program into the largest member service in the automotive marketplace. With a focus on value combined with a simple dealer process and buying experience, ADG continues to develop and enhance the program’s offerings to Costco members, while driving quality buyers to our partners.
